Disassembly Steps : Take
iPhone 6S as an example
- Step 1: Open the bottom 2 bottom screws
- Step 2: Open the screen from the bottom
- Step 3: Remove the display cable
- Step 4: Remove the battery cable
- Step 5: Slowly pull out the tape under the battery (Note: The battery tape needs to be pulled out slowly to avoid breaking. If you are not sure, please remove the vibration motor before proceeding.)
- Step 6: Remove the old battery
- Step 7: Replace the new battery
Battery Tape Bonding Steps :
- Step 1: Remove off the long side of the tape
- Step 2: Glue the tape under the battery
- Step 3: Remove the short side of the tape
- Step 4: Install the battery, fasten the cable and fix the screws.
