It is solid at room temperature and transforms into a semi-fluid state when heated, seamlessly conforming to the contact surfaces between heat-generating chips and heatsinks to fill microscopic gaps for efficient heat transfer. Suitable for efficient thermal management in laptop CPUs/GPUs, desktop CPUs/GPUs, AI servers, EV chargers, base stations, high-power ICs, vehicle ECUs, and various other electronic devices requiring reliable heat dissipation.
