The working principle and use method of Wiley green oil mesh
In the course of using, users can cut out the green oil net corresponding to the BGA chip.
Note: in the use of green oil, it is recommended that both sides of the green oil mesh be coated with solder oil to prevent green oil from sticking to the net.
1. Before the operation, you must clean the chip part or the main board part that are needed to repair , then use hot air gun for drying and keep it in a dry state, apply appropriate amount of solidified green oil on the chip or the main board with a scalpel parallel, pay attention to paint the green oil as even as possible, and it's better to paint thinner. There should be no bubble when attach, then the green oil net (printed side) is pressed down to the pad, and the solder pad on the green oil should be aligned to the pad of the chip or motherboard.
2. According to the thickness of the green oil layer, if the purple light emitted in 6-15 seconds through the UV lamp can not penetrate the black solder pad on the green oil network in a short time, it's won't play the role of curing on the black solder pad, but the transparent part of the green oil net outside the chip or the motherboard solder pad can be cured at the extreme speed. Slowly tearing the green oil net and clean the pad with PCB cleaner or alcohol, then continue to use the UV curing lamp firmly, you will finish the repair on the chip or the main board that got paint removed.
